Hello. My name is Eric, many call me E. Those who have played with me call me AVALANCHE! The reason is that I basically start off the round very well w/ birdies and pars, then a bogey, then a double, then it's just all downhill after that... hence the term, AVALANCHE!! [smiley=72_72.gif] I'm 29, live in Winston Salem, NC, father of one 14 month old son, husband of a beautiful wife, and the worst putter you've EVER seen! Seriously. Golow is my hero. I too like green eggs and ham.

Hi I'm Brian, I like long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners...no wait a minute wrong forum...j/k.
You may recognize me from BSG, TSG, GO, GEA or DoubleGolf(if you do from there youve got a great memory cuz I think I was banned at least a year ago).
Live in Milwaukee, currently an unemployeed part-time college student(and by part time I mean I'm not enrolled right now so I really do nothing all day). Of course I'm a bit old for college, and still have no idea what I want to do...you'd think after 6 years they'd make you decide but no.
I'm a reformed club ho for the most part (only 3 sets of irons made the bag this year! thats a low for me). I'm sure I could rival Eric as the worst putter on the planet, and to quote Peter Kessler from his Perfect Club commercial, "I think I may now be the worst single digit handicap on the face of the planet"(cap is a 7 something again).

Hey, I'm Matt. I live in San Diego, California. Around a 2 when summer ended but haven't played in a couple months because of football season. Should be over in a couple weeks and hope to get in a ton of golf. Can't wait to move onto college and live in a new place.

mac, whether they like you or not, you are the 3rd person i have ever seen that could spell facetious correctly!! that is worth alot in my book My wife and I actually met when she asked me how to spell "facetious." We were studying for the bar in the NYU law library in the summer of 1999. She was sitting next to me, typing an email to her friend and asked me if I knew how to spell it. Asking me if I knew how to spell "facetious" might be one of the lamer pickup lines around, but it worked!

I'm a glorified hacker who unfortunately was named as Bill at birth. : My hometown is somewhere in SW Missouri very close to Springfield. I work as an accountant for our family's new automobile dealership. It affords me an ample opportunity to check golf forums for the latest news along being able to get out for quick rounds of golf once a while. I'm glad to see familar faces here at GSC and I hope more will join us to share the wealth.

I'm Preston, I live in Richmond, VA. Currently I am a computer tech on a Help Desk, but I would love to pursue a career in golf.
I started playing golf in 1997 because my girlfriend's (now wife) dad was very big into golf and well, you know, you do dumb things to impress girls. I wound up getting hooked on the game. I am currently a 2 handicap and dropping. I am not much of a club ho, I play what works for me, however, I am very faithful to clubs that work for me.
I am also a member of other forums - GO (which my work prevents me from going to), BSG, FGI - all of which I use the same user name.
So far this sight seems to be a pretty cool group of golfers, some of you I recognize from other golf forums.
