My name is Brett aka "The SandMan". I live in upstate SC with my wife and killer 20 lb dog. My father and I own a brokerage firm that operates mostly in the SouthEast.
I am a graduate of the University of SC and currently I'm back in medical school, so in 6 years I'll be " Dr. SandMan".
As most of the guys on here can attest to, I am a shitty golfer. But, to my defense, I can get up and down for bogey from almost anywhere. I seem to be a Taylor Made HO, but I have what makes me the least shitty.
The guys that are involved with the day to day running of this site are great. I have had the pleasure of playing with all of them.
Robby is a great guy with dry sense of humor. He is very knowledgable of equipment and will help you out at any time for free, unlike some people we know...
Derek is a great player. He hits the ball a mile and is the only person I have met that can shoot a 67 and be pissed.
Kenny is, well...Kenny is Kenny. Very quick with comebacks and can find a pic for anything. If he ever finds a driver watch out PGA Tour, cause he can shoot low 80s and shank every tee shot.
I hope I can contribute a little to the site and if anybody wants to get together and play antwhere in SC let me know, I'm game!

Hey guys, my name is Ian from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I frequent several golf forums using the same name (Lwolf). I learned about this new forum from TSG. Looking forward to contributing especially since the golf season will be over here too soon!!

My name is Mark and I'm a golf junkie. I ho mostly inexpensive retail stuff, but I have fun doing it. I used to be a Moderator for BSG, but have recently retired to enjoy a quieter life on the 'net. Hopefully this site will take off and provide another forum for us Golfaholics to congregate.
btw: I'm a 6 handicap and am looking forward to visiting Myrtle Beach this winter and getting 6 strokes from Robby and 12 strokes from Derek when we play! [smiley=wink_smile.gif]

My name is Rory.
Born and raised in Southern California...moved to Iowa about 8 years ago when the Golf bug hit me hard.
Since the time I was "enlightened" I went to making my own clubs, starting a golf video business (on the side) and just this year opened up a golf fitting/repair buiness at our golf club (Authorized KZG Dealer)...
I frequent FGI, GO, TSG, HnE, GEA, ISG and others...
Of all the vices and addictions a person can have...both my wife and I are thankful that mine is golf.

I'm Kyle, and I'm from Connecticut. I am moving to Florida at the end of December to attend SDGA of the South . I can't wait for that. Should be pretty damn fun. I just got back from a visit there. Very nice place. I am currently a 4 handicap, and I am addicted to the game. I can't take another winter without playing. I don't ho too much, just like to try some new stuff here and there. Other than golf, I enjoy movies and music. Hopefully when I head down to Florida, I can stop by MB and play some golf with Robby and XC.

I am Steve, from NJ where the season is dwindling down for the winter. I have been playing golf for 10 years and the ho BUG has bit me good. the winter is a good time to buy. I am starting to collect bettinardis ( 5 good ones presently) and am considering buying some scotty's. I also change my irons and driver aprox once a year. And am always searching for the perfect fairway wood! I am probably the old man of the group at 50 years old and my handicap is 6.something. I manage a software system for a living. But when it is not too busy, I am on all the intenet golf boards and love them.

My name is Brian and I live near Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. I am 45 y.o. and have been playing for about 15 years. I am happily married with two sons (15 and 13) both of whom have just recently taken an interest in the game-whoopee!!(Gotta love the"Dad, let's go for a round of golf?") My current index is 5.0 (sure wish I would have started playing earlier). I am a policy analyst for the DMV (everyones favorite government agency). My bag is mostly Cally right now, with a bit of Ping (putters, fairway wood) mixed in (also been hearing a G2 driver calling my name alot recently) . I've found that Cally just suits my game, and their Customer Service has been very good to me so I've stuck with them.

I'm Jon and I play to a 6 currently, I enjoy learning about all the new golf equipment, especially the stuff I can't afford. I learned about this site from Kyle and it's awesome, much less restrictive than another equipment site I know. I'm from the Wisconsin area, right between Milwaukee and Green Bay, about 10 minutes from Whistling Straits and Blackwolf Run... Always up for playing a round with some fellow board members, so if you are going to be in the area, let me know

Here we go (feel like I'm in grade three ), the GBR stands foe Gawain (pronounced Gavin...don't ask!) Robertson. I've been a Golf Pro for 16 years, but have recently moved to the "dark side". My partner (business!) and I own Premium Golf Management Co. (PGMC), we have partnered with our good friends at UST to design, market, and distribute a Premium line of golf shafts called ACCRA. We've had an amazing first six months...between the crazy amount of use on Tour, to great dealers like Robbie, we've been very fortunate. If anyone ever has any questions regarding shafts, I'll do my best to answer them, and if I can't I've got engineers whom know everything or so they tell me. If nothing else I love talking golf, and look forward to being a part of this site. GBR

Hi, my name is Mac, and I have a cat named Hammering Hank. My cat don't have any balls anymore. Some of you guys know me from the other side, some of you like me, but at least one of you don't. I try to be as facetious as I can, some of you don't know that and it's possible some don't care. I live in northwestern Illinois, Quad Cities area, play mostly cow pastures, but well kept ones. I'm a 15.4 handi and not planning on turning pro in the near future. I've come to share, take, argue, post, whatever the situations calls for or you'll allow me to do.

Hey guys, very nice to see a new forum with old faces. I love the no attitude approach and at least so far looks like there are no alterier motives (ie trying to sell the next latest and greatest thing). Anyway site looks great! I hope given the history of TourSpecGolf that you have taken all Anti-Hack precautions.
Well anyway my name is Jae, I'm a Duke grad living in Los Angles, and with my wife in Law School up in Portland I spend an exorbant amount of time in the Pacific Northwest. I'm a true Golf Hoe probably like most others here and am looking forward to doing business with everyone here. To give you an idea of my affliction in the last 6 months I have owned 4 different drivers, 6 different shafts for those drivers, 3 woods, 3 sets of irons, 5 wedges, and 4 putters. I need help...

I'm Geoff .... how do you like me so far ? I rarely buy golf clubs .... try to limit myself to less than 4-5 purchases per week [smiley=72_72.gif] I'm 0 for 1 against Andy, but vow to turn it around next year For the record - I like Mac ... abrasive, abusive yet still quite cuddly. [smiley=respect.gif] I play with mostly left handed golfers or Teetogreen86. That's enough for now ... check out Andy's lag This one is me golow TM
