I've been hearing XC and chtw humping this shaft for a couple weeks now .... those of you who have it, what do you like about it?

[hump]I love it, improved the consistency of my distance by a lot. I don't hit it more than 5 or 10 yards further, but I consistently hit it out there deep. I have it in my Ignite - the thing absolutely drops bombs.[/hump] Ignite + limey =

Haha, nice comparison there. I've heard so many good things about these shafts, too. Whenever I get a new wood, I might have that in there. Right now, my woods work pretty well, and I'm satisfied.

I have the UL 640 R flex fully inserted in a 455DB. It plays on the firm side of R as would be expected. Mid-high trajectory that has a great hang time. This combination is very Looooooong.

i hit all three shatfs.. the 440 willwork for just about anyones swing.. very easy shaft to load.. the 540 is best for the quicker tempo's and more powerfull swings-- stiffer feel than the others - most likely the lower torgue.. the 640 is just a flat out smooth feeling shaft that gives great control and nice length also.. been hitting this shaft for 4weeks now and FINALLY have gotten used to the color- what color!!! the 680 i have in a 5wd and even with the very low torgue - this shaft still has feel and as with all -- great performance.. accuracy is key with these shafts.. hope this helps..

What 'Limey" would be comparable to a Pro Force 65 Gold Stiff?

I'm no expert, but from what I've read, none. The Graman Ultimate G's are not that tip stiff, I don't think. They also feel tons smoother and launch the ball with less spin. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here...

Another update - yesterday I played the course I generally hit one to two times a week, and in the soggy no-roll conditions and swirling wind I consistently hit my driver way past where I usually was with my old shaft.
I will continue humping this shaft until it snaps
Also, xath is right when he says these shafts are way smoother and lower spin.
