I was going to say I didn't recognize NJM without Rockford's junk in his mouth. |

Yes sir. If you look closely, you can see Rye's ball near the flag. It was about a foot away. Since there is an elevation drop, the ball basically dropped straight down on the flag. Doc Green is short and to the right (about 20 feet). I'm short and 20 feet to the left. Frank hadn't hit yet. It was a shorty. I believe it was 145 yards that we decided would play like 135 yards. Rye probably hit a 9 iron. So you know that ball really was dropping straight down. |
