Again, not to be a complete killjoy but from the original post:
If two golfers pick the same golfers, the first one who picks wins.
So I am pretty much screwed then right? No way you will allow me to replace a player at this point with someone else (who has the same or higher score)?

Does that mean that your guys are combined at +1 or that you are +1 from my -12 (-11) or that your guys are also at -12?

The British Open contest is over for you my friend. But the bright side is there is going to be a PGA Championship giveaway.

Man Jimenez needs to get it going. He is even and in danger of getting cut. -9 under otherwise.

Hey All,
My guys are 6 under with Mickelson +1 - bummer! The real crapper is that those who played in the morning thursday got perfect conditions while those who played in the afternoon got wind and rain. On friday the weather forecast for those playing in the morning is wind and rain while those who go off in the afternoon get sun and some wind. This time the theory behind switching tee times from thursday to friday totally screws one group of guys while the other group of guys has it made.

All right folks. First rule of fight club, MUST HAVE 10 POSTS in JULY by the end of THE OPEN. Several people ain't there yet. Consider this your warning.
Justin Rose, Lee Westwood and Ernie Els are leading the way in terms of being most picked. So we've had no dupe picks yet but if considering picking any or all of the top 3, that fourth pick better be a little bit out there.
T-minus 12 hours to tee off!! Am I there yet?

This course was beaten with length today. That's the only tool the Mechanic doesn't have in the bag.

Schweeet wedge. Muira, and Frank, are really on their games when it comes to wedges. Bradley Dredge -6 Rhys Davies +1 Chris Wood -2 Oliver Wilson -4 Left field for me, fed up picking the top guys and them doing nothing. Would love to see Rhys Davies run it close, the kid's fearless and a superstar for the future. Note to self, check he's actually in the field Good to go for me. Looking OK so far for me, Rhys will comes good today although he's out early in the worst of the weather.

Laurie Canter. Our club champion played with him this week and said he's smoking it, has all the shots and won the local qualifier with a smooth 69-67 in tough conditions. EDIT: Thought I'd double up, one bookie over here is paying down to 8th and Laurie is 1250 to 1 Well, not one of my best. DFL.

Louis Ooustiwhatzhizname and Ricky Barnes tearing it up early. For the life of me though, I could never pick Barnes. That swing is just too ugly.

He's looking good so far today. If he finishes well and the weather keeps getting worse he will be right back in the middle of it.

Amazing how a day changes some things. Rory went from a 63 to an 80 and lots of guys miss the cut that you might not have figured after day 1.

Today's round compared to yesterday's had to be like going to be with what you think to be a hot chick and waking up with a pig.
