Some just have to learn the hard way.  When the Irish chipmunk has that retard stare going on Sunday, you'll realize your mistake.

I'll be in Tuscany Sunday, so not much hope for me on catching the final round. But I'm at home on Friday when he exits. He will probably look retarded by then too. Tongue Don't get me wrong, I think Paddy is awesome. I just don't think he has showed a lot this season. But he might do a Cabrera for all I know.

All right folks.  First rule of fight club, MUST HAVE 10 POSTS in JULY by the end of THE OPEN.  Several people ain't there yet.  Consider this your warning.

Justin Rose, Lee Westwood and Ernie Els are leading the way in terms of being most picked.  So we've had no dupe picks yet but if considering picking any or all of the top 3, that fourth pick better be a little bit out there.   winkey

Nope.

Based on actual money won.  Reason being is I don't want to do math trying to figure out the money the amateur "would've" won and then subtract/calculate the trickle effect for those that finish lower than said amateur.  Out of curiousity, which British amateur are you looking at?

Laurie Canter.  Our club champion played with him this week and said he's smoking it, has all the shots and won the local qualifier with a smooth 69-67 in tough conditions.

EDIT: Thought I'd double up, one bookie over here is paying down to 8th and Laurie is 1250 to 1 whist

I'd suggest picking another golfer.  Perhaps a fellow South African?

After further review, Louis Oostwhathizname would've been a fine choice.

It'll hurt double if you don't change it.  No one gets Tiger in this contest, savvy?

Quiet start, weather improving although rain coming through this morning, should be calmer for the later starters.  Ground is soggy so I'd think someone will post a good number today.

From the original post:

ALL PICKS MUST BE IN BEFORE THE FIRST TEE TIME ON OPENING DAY.  If your edit button is used subsequent to that, you are probably going to be DQ'ed.  You'll at least have some serious 'splain'ing to do.

I take screen prints of all the posts.   winkey

Shoot... did not see that. Looks like Chad and I will have to toss a coin if it comes to that (or play some matchplay)

PS: Yeah... go ahead and change Rose to Oosthuizen Grin I am sure the guys won't mind.

Again, not to be a complete killjoy but from the original post:
