I am a True Believer in golfnow.com and ezlinks.com. Saved a LOT if $ last year. ezlinks has an option where you can name your own price and I have found that if you go just above 50% of retail greens fee you will typically get approved. I am wondering if any GDers know if there is an actual % plugged into some kind of formula and what that magic number is.....
Deac, I use EZ Links quite a bit here in CT (over 9 years) as they have most of the courses I want to play. Mikeldu told me that they, EZ Links, provides quite a few courses their online / on course booking software. I'm supposing that some also take advantage of the Tee Time Specials / Name Your Price.
I've only used the "Name Your Price" feature once, last season, and shot them a price $5.00 under their Tee Time Specials price option. The TTS was already low, @$25 iirc and I said $20 - heard back from them in under 30 seconds with a confirm.
Anyway you cut it they are a great deal and I have never, ever had a problem with them.
