I was hoping someone here had some knowledge on this diet plan of packaged meals that you essentially add water to. Kinda expensive, but seems to everyone I have talked to, to be the real deal. It is a lot of soy based meals and the biggest thing that worries me is the calorie intake. Supposedly the intake is in the 800-1,000 range per day and I question if that is enough to function on for someone that stays active. I would imagine that would set the body up to crash and burn pretty hard, but can see where that can help burn off weight.
Any thoughts?
Don't waste your money. As has been mentioned above a healthy weight loss is ~1-3 lbs/week, and a crash starvation diet of under 1000 calories (unless you are 5'1 and 100 lbs) is likely to cause more harm than good.
