I'm playing eight year-old Titleist 690 MB's w/ DG S300's, a Cameron Laguna 2.5 of roughly the same age, a three year-old Taylor Made r7 SuperQuad w/ Aldila NV 65S.  My 3W is a relatively new 14* Ping Rapture w/ Aldila NV-S 75S.  Wedges are new Vokey Oil can finish 56* and 52* each with 8* of bounce.  I switched from the Pro V1 to the Pro V1x not because of my swing speed or any other reason than the new Pro V1's cut when you look at them the wrong way.

May be time for this Indian to update some of his arrows...

How "old" is old?

One of my favorite sets that I still play often are the Original Nike Blades.  (although I do have KBS in them)

That is about it, most everything else is somewhat new.

I do still play a Red X putter.  That is kind of "old"

No persimmon here. whist

My irons are 10 years old. Driver and woods are probably 5 -6 years old. Only stuff I could find that I can hit well that doesn't produce a moon ball. I can't stand hitting high shots. All the modern equipment just hits it high and you can't move the ball as easily.

Titleist 1983 2009 Tour Model 821.

Those irons remind me of classic cars that have had full frame off restorations. Better than they ever were off the production line.

Just sold the oldest set I had: 690.CB's. Still have a 983K, Ignite 410, a 975F fairway, Cleveland 588, but they are collecting dust in a spare bag. Oh, FT-3 Tour, Adams RPM 460 Dual. What else? Raw Black Ox wedge. 900 Gunmetal wedge. Not all that old, but "relics" to most now.  laugh

I thought it was what we were actually playing currently. I could list 3 pages of old crap sitting in my garage.

Good point, I think your right.  Luckily, just about every club in my bag is listed above.
Except for my wedges, and my putter, which are older.
