It is what it is.......

I don't know if these are considered "classic" or not.

My iron game as been a struggle (to say the least) lately.  In a fit of Club-Ho rage, I found a set of iSi-S (Stainless) and a set of iSi-S (Nickel) on eBay.  I got both sets for under 300.00 each and they had both been sent to Ping WRX and looked brand freaking new.  The Stainless has the Ping ZZ-65 shaft w/ Cushin insert and the Nickel has Rifle 5.5

I'm no pro but all I can say is that was the best purchase of my golfing life.  I've never hit irons this well.  I'm just trying to figure out which shaft works best for my swing.  Right now, the Rifle 5.5 is in the lead.

Anybody else have any opinions and/or experiences with the iSi-S line?

Congrats.

Couldn't get myself to part with my stainless. The nickel is very dense, is actually very hard, but feels, at least to me --- soft.
