yep, ill be there.  im off friday and would like to play the challenge course with whoever will be there.  what time are you guys planning to play the challenge course?  it looks to take 4 hours to get to pismo and i need to know what time i need to leave by?

one request though for pairings i should be in the last group.  i suck so my play time will be a long round and i shouldnt hold up the whole groups  big_giggle

The par 3 on Friday is a conundrum for me. Kamtile and others are playing it starting at 11am and planning on going through twice. I don't know that I want to leave that early and was thinking of simply going later and playing it once. Dave and I will be driving down together from his place and it's 4 hours from my house as well.
The other option would be to stop part-way down at Hunter Ranch in Pismo as there are two openings there at 11 with Cashman and Time4Tim. And if we feel like it, do the par 3 course Saturday afternoon after playing Blacklake.

If theyre playing twice and at 11 am the first round through maybe i can hit the second trip through.   My preference would be to leave somewhere around 9am and arrive around 1ish.

It was great to meet you both! Thanks for the swing tip (or observation) Owen. And BTW, I think I out drove you on Monarch #7 (only because I got a 40+ yard cart path bounce)!

Dave, keep working on your game, you will get it back to where it once was. Patience!

I feel a lil bit better about the round on sunday.  My short game though cost me big a few times i felt wasnt as far off as it was friday/saturday.    I putt pretty decently sunday only 3 putting twice and i had two 1 putts and lipped out 2 others.     I also apreciate the tip after saturdays round about keeping my putter square to the ground, i caught myself not lying it flat 3 times at least.
