Is going to be the last weekend in March (24,25 and 26) this year due to some knucklehead putting easter on the weekend before the Masters.  Early arrivals can test the challenge course at Monarch friday afternoon.  We will do dinner at Guiseppe's friday night, play somewhere different on saturday, dinner at JOCKO'S saturday night and finish up our round at the incredible Monarch Dunes on sunday.  We had 24 players on sunday last year and expect a better turnout this time.  I hope you can make it, let me know when you are able to confirm.  I will get us the usual discounts at the courses and try to get a deal on rooms at The Sea Crest in Pismo Beach.  Bring the wife and kids as there is a lot to do in this area besides golf.

I just realized that our friends are trying to get their timeshare in Hawaii (trading from Orlando) for a week in March and they have asked if we are interested in going again. They have a few weeks picked out and are waiting for an opening. If that happens, I may be flying home on that Saturday. But that's still a ways out...

Thats great.  You are an OG (original golfer) for this outing and it would have sucked if you couldnt make it.

I was thinking that OG meant "Oh God, he is going to be there again....".

We are up to 15 confirmed with 2 1/2 months to go.  Even though this is an interboard outing, it was born here on GD and I hope lots of us attend this year.

Sure wish I could, but I work most weekends and this particular weekend is not an exception.

The invites went out to anyone on Golf Discussions as well as FGI, PoF, GolfWrx and GBT. I may be missing one still. Ah yes, GEA.

We are not 100% sure where we are playing on Saturday, but I am figuring about $140 on golf. Hotel, if you share a room with another guy is probably around $120 and double that if you don't share a room. Food, well, that's up to you! The hotels normally have breakfast for free and lunch is normally on your own at the course or whatever and dinners probably about $60-80.

Glad to hear you are going to make it!
