Anyone a Pro with Pro? If you have a multi page document and you want to extract a single page to JPEG, can you do this without first extracting the single page as a PDF and then saving it as a JPEG? I have a student that's gonna need to do a boat load of these, and efficiency would be great. (As an added bonus, she's very, very cute.) Just wondering if someone had a backdoor approach to this, but I don't think you can. Thanks, R35

Within Acrobat itself possibly not, but there are surely other methods. There are PDF rippers and you can also just display it and print screen to save the screen shot as a .jpg

I have one of these, but the quality is not what is needed for the imagery. Even if you bump it up, it's still poor. R35

I don't have Acrobat in front of me, but I think that's the only way I know of, short of downloading some (potentially shady) plug-in.
You could import the entire pdf into Photoshop (it allows you to just import the pictures) then save them all as individual pages. That might save some time.

Fair enough. But if someone ever sends you a pdf full of scantily-clad babes, now you'll know how to save them without all those unnecessary words!

The add-in was what I expected to have suggested. I don't know of a good one off hand, but I'm sure there's something out there. Just trying to save some steps. Plus, she's a cutie. If she looked like the rest of them, no chance I'm posting this. R35

I don't have Adobe Pro on this computer, but I sure thought there was a way to do just that using export, but maybe not.
As for extracting pages, I have a print utility called "CutePDF" that is freeware (they use it at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, so it must be safe) that installs a printer on your computer. When you select "print" you have all the normal print options, but it saves to a PDF. I have used that to extract single pages before I had Adobe Pro.
