..............and the rest of Team Geek!

Joe Shuba WINS at 431 yards using the Geek DOT COM THIS 6* (handpicked slightly open) and takes home the Shank's Shootout Open Division Trophy and the Bacon!

As the Season rolls on we expect other Team Geek members to follow Joe's lead and also make appearances in the Winners Circle.

At Geek we don't make ridiculous claims, or unfounded information with stars in our eyes.  We basically make well designed heads that you can count on to perform when you have to 'put the pedal to the metal' in high pressure situations that mean 'you advance' or 'you go back to the hotel and pack your bags'.   At GEEK we don't have stars in our eyes.....we just continue to make the finest performance enhanced 'original Almodesigned' golf heads for Professional Long Drivers and the golfing populace in general.  Some companies 'Talk the Talk'...........at GEEK we 'Walk the Walk'.

A special Thank You to Mike Brody and Chuck Lloyd (Chuck's Custom Clubs in Fl.) and the rest of Team Geek!

Steve Almo
President
Geek Golf

Joe also set 2 Long Drive records in this event!  This was the first 'real' money event of the season...this WIN is for you guys...the GDers!

Congrats Joe!!  Keep up the good work and long drive conditioning.
A first-class guy.  It was a pleasure meeting him at the 2009 PGA Show.

And I thought seeing Sam just come up short at a 340 yard green was fun to watch in person! I can't imagine being next to somebody hitting it 431!

I've been playing Geek drivers for 3 years now and have never hit one 431. Steve must be sending me the factory seconds.  prop

See, I knew there had to be a reason. The plain old retail Geeks are 100 yards shorter than the tour van Geeks.

I'll drive the van for you. Just consider this to be your last warning. I'll try the new head when it gets here, but if I can't hit that one 431 yards either I'm switching to SMT.  prop

Congrats to Geek and Joe!! I'm going to eventually get out to see someone hit it that far. I've seen 380's...but come on 431?!?!? imagine if a guy you didn't know that was added to your foursome dropped that bomb on you. I'd probably just play with a 7 iron the rest of the day...

I've put it on the near future list of things to do. Also to get out to Jocko's for a steak! I can only imagine the energy in the air when the big boys of the sport are just going at it putting it over 4 bills on a regular basis yahoo

I wonder if it's possible for Geek to sweep every major LD event this year. Get your guys to give it a shot Steve. Congrats to Joe and sign me up for one of those 431 yard tour van heads too. You can sell a million of those things.
