Hit the R9 today...while it has a nice feel it but was nothing special for me in terms of distance.  They only had a 9.5* head on the stiff Motore shaft.  The ball was going almost 100ft in the air, spin was really high (4000-5000rpm).  Thought perhaps with the draw bias set up it might spin less but not so much.  I did find it quite easy to work, draws and fades were simple to produce.  I think alot of people will like this one as I could see it suiting a wide audience, looks good behind the ball and it feels great.

Only thing that seems odd about the R9 is while the sole line is square,the top line appears to be 2-3* open
