Same here! LOL Thanks SBR67! laugh

Even though last time I lost weight about 5 years ago, got down to 165 which felt bit too thin for me so this time, I'm aiming for 180 or so which might feel more comfortable to me.

This morning at 187 which is good considering I ate quite bit on my trip but did lot of walking though.

I am back to 193. Being sick was a terrible way to lose weight, so back on it went. I know I can reach my goal, but if not I am comfortable with where I am at, I look good, feel good, but most of all I look good....

Careful, you may gain back most of that weight from getting re-hydrated!

184.5  Seem to have put a bit of weight back on, even though I haven't change anything in my eating habits.  I have even dropped time in my run times.

I'll have to pass this week, as my scale seems to have bitten the big one. And no fat jokes either, thank you. Tongue I hope to get a new one in the next week, so I'll be back on the list then.

230, no change this week.  Which isn't all that surprising given the Fathers Day BBQ and subsequent leftovers.  Mmmmmm....

I wouldn't get too excited about that study.  BMI is a very generalized way to measure obesity.  Also, while pure weight has an impact on health, so do many other lifestyle choices.  For example, my doctor told me that losing weight is great, but exercising has more of an impact on things like diabetes risk than weight does.

I'm not in on the challenge but read this thread occasionally, there is some impressive work done across the group here!  Well done on making the lifestyle changes, not just going on a diet, in order to achieve the goals.  Keep up the good work!   clapping clapping

Actually I was at 207 at the beginning of this weight loss about a day or two before so hopefully I'll hit my target weight pretty soon!!!
