I've been MIA for a while on this post because of vacations. Let me start by saying to Lefte that I will be praying for you man. I lost my uncle to cancer in 2007 that pretty much spread through his whole body and my grandad found out earlier this year he has cancer as well. All I can say is keep fighting! My uncle fought to his last day and I respect him greatly for that. My grandfather on the other hand has quit his chemo treatments and it pisses me off that he's not man enough to fight! You'll beat it, just don't give up.
As for weight "loss" I lost negative 8 pounds over the last few weeks (yup, I put on half of what I had taken off). I weighed in at 222. I guess that happens when you eat all the time and don't work out. Oh well it's coming back off starting now!

209 this morning, 50 pounds since January 3rd.....I hadn't realized how much weight I had put on but it feels great to be back down to where I was 2+ years ago. Biggest difference is how much smaller your face gets when you lose weight, it makes you look very different.

FYI, I will be out of town tomorrow morning through Sunday night, so I won't be doing an update this week. Good thing too as I am above my starting weight a few pounds... I had a birthday so my wife and I went out last weekend, then this is my last day at my job, so people have taken me out to eat and that all adds up. Back to it after our trip.

I am out of town this week, but I did weigh myself on Monday, and I came in at 177.8 pounds. I have been working on keeping it off since my return from Iraq.
