The last two auctions I've tried to win that were being offered by 3balls yielded exactly the results detailed here. Until the item is within striking distance of 3balls "market price" as estimated, you have no hope of getting it...regardless of the amount of interest (hits to the auction, etc.).

I won't waste my time with 3balls auctions any more.

Was looking at some feedback and found a few buyers on there that all they buy is wedges, putters, drivers or whichever club. But they only bid on those specific items and of course 100% bid activity

I recently tried to win some irons from them and lost yet again at the last second.  I think I have won once in about 20 attempts at last second bidding.  I agree that there must some sort of "minimum" price that we don't know about.

Oddly enough, I have been very satisfied when buying directly from their main site.

I have bought a lot of gear of 3balls.com over the last few years and really think they under estimate the condition.  I have noticed some unusal bidders in the last minute of auctions........hmmmm
