Tried it today with ProV1x and Geek's FS3 with my 115mph swing.
Got my usual 270 yards carry and NO roll at all. I am really shock that 9deg FS3 with Creation80x launches so high and no roll. SO, seaming experiment should have worked out well, if it worked but it didn't for me.
The best combo in wind today would have been FT5 Tour 8.5 with same shaft/flex. That has wonderful launch and roll lots into the wind with high spinning range balls! I wanted to give FS3 another chance today, but I am having doubts now.

I seamed the ball on half of the holes for 2 rounds this weekend. I did see some differences, less spin and longer carry. I used B330s and PRO V's. The PRO V seemed to be more effective with the ball seamed. I noticed 4 drives that the ball was still aligned after the shot.

I alway play my ProV alignment mark
<-->
pointed towards the target with hitting with a Driver and turn the
<-->
mark to face the centre of the club face when playing par 3's for more spin (or so I thought)
