Picked up a 9.5* YSQ 65 Stiff yesterday morning for another member- and couldn't help taking it to the range first to test with it taped. Long story short, my FT-5 is toast, and the Cobra Speed Pro S 8.5* Stock stiff I also had along should be marked 13* in comparison to the XTD Pro's flat flight at 9.5*. The XTD Pro REALLY sounds like a "510TP" - no joke this time... and man does it go. More to come after I get this baby to the course tomorrow... It's such a low spin flat flight that I picked up the 10.5* for the other member- which I'm sure will suit him better. The comparison pics are vs. last year's Adams BUL, which is larger at address but nowhere near as deep-faced (or sweet sounding).  Cheers |

Shaft seems solid. Not overly stiff but it returns the head to the same spot very nicely. Very tight ball pattern on the face with the YSQ. |

You guys move too fast for me. I'm finally getting to rock the L4Vx out on the course and you guys are already 2 drivers ahead. This does look like a sweet head. I have been drooling over them for some time now, being the Adams homer I am. My Idea Pros would have enjoyed the company today.  |

as someone stated earlier, i'm feeling an impulse buy coming on....read a post on another site about exceptional performance but they experienced some quality issues (medallion fell off and the face cracked)....anyone else heard this....hopefully just one bad head....

My guess would be 9.5 stiff due to your high ballflight.
In terms of quality, the first tour heads with the weight port in the sole had breakage near the weight port, thus they scrapped that head design. I'm betting no such problems will occur with the retail release.
I think the new Adams 30 day satisfaction guarantee might even apply to the XTD Pro as well...
