That Tourstage looks a bit triangular to my eye.

And, is that Cally a bore thru? I can't tell if that's some sort of masking where "Legacy" is printed or not.  guh

I found this article last week and found it interesting. http://www.golfdigest.com/golfworld/columnists/2008/02/gw20080215tourtalkels I have not checked but are TM's and all the other interchangable shaft technologies listed as conforming yet?

Does not look like there's a bore-thru in the legacy.

Based off the name I'm gonna guess this is a re-branding of the Big Bertha line?

The Tourstage is definitely a triangle and the Nickent looks like it's got a vaguely triangular shape too. It's probably more pronounced when seen from the top. And who knows what sort of asinine racing scoop Cleveland has on top of theirs.

I dug a little bit more, and this is a J-SPec debut on the US market. Non-bore thru, replaces the Big Bertha line.

The Cally was released last year. The TS has been appearing in ads the past 3-4 months but I have yet to see one in a store locally.

The nickent is the same shape as the 4dx driver, pretty traditional in shape.  This is the evolver version with the interchangable shaft technology.

The Evolver is out now and here is the Cally Legacy on tourspecgolf.com.  I think a lot of these are Japanese clubs and I also believe that I have seen some of the others on tourspec also, I just don't have time to look.

Tourstage ViQ

http://www.tourspecgolf.com/proshop/p1620/Tourstage-2008-ViQ-CL-Ladies-Driver-QL8B1W/product_info.html

TM XR

http://www.tourspecgolf.com/proshop/p1732/Taylormade-Japan-2008-XR-Driver/product_info.html

It would be cool if we can start getting some of this Japanese stuff here.  They have some awesome irons and wedges on tourspec, but they are just insanely expensive, which I guess is tolerated and even good in the Japanese market.  Hell, their slogan is "Golf to Impress".

ViQ is TourStage's high handicapper line. This is a club made for JDM consumption. I'd guess it was submitted so that Japanese pros could use it here.

The Srixon ZR-800 and ZR-30 are also a JDM only model numbering system. The current Srixon JDM driver is a ZR-700.

The North American driver is a ZR-W.

Haha.

You should look at the Japanese XXIO models the "tail light" can be ordered in 3 different colors. Green, red, and blue.
