Hey Hung, it looks like your 54 might be too flat with the lie,.... based off the mat residue left on the sole.

How's that 4 wood / 21* hybrid / 4 iron combo working out for you gap wise?
PS: Don't you drive a green Lambo?

you may be right Cwebb, although I was trying some toe-up chipping after hitting off of the mats, so some of the green crap might have come off while I was engaged in that futility. I'll have to look next time I go to mat land....

So, the D2 is well entrenched after *stellar* rounds at Poppy Hills and a local dog track. Not sure why (Well, it does sound alot better than the cobra, and feels just as hot or hotter.). I hit 1 drive OB and made an 8 on that hole (10th hole par 5). Even better than that was a 9 I made on the number 4 when my drive was just in the right rough.... I might have to quit golf.
Also, I took the Mills out of the bag and putted with the Slighter yesterday, and it just looked huge. I couldn't get over it, so I think the Mills is the putter du jour (where jour = next few months or so).
I see my old G10 has a new shaft. A good move. Those Cobras look like you've been hitting them off the garage floor.

G10 is great! I will give it a stern test when my 10* Cobra arrives. I just needed more loft. The G10 looks better and feels better. The L4V is straighter. Length is probably a wash, with the slight edge going to the G10 because of better carry. We'll see this weekend.
The Patriot seems like a really good shaft. I am working on a review, but was hoping to get another round/some more practice time in before writing it.

You will need to try some lead tape or hotmelt too. 197G headweight on mine.

I CAN'T believe the Cobra Carbon CB's are still in the bag!
That's a testament to how MUCH he's likes them and how good they are.
He is not going to sell them Ramon

He is not going to sell them Ramon And I've moved on. Too many great brand new offerings that are out there... I'm surprised Tony's still bagging the Carbon CB's, with the 701's, 701 Tour's, AP1's & AP2's out... oh my!!

The game of golf is played pin high!! If anything, take one more club. Far too many golfers never hit their approach shots even remote close to the green.

whoa totally missed this, sorry. I've had them for about a year, and they are fine. They seem to hold up pretty well. They are a little bit thin, but I've not noticed any club damage (like I keep a club long enough for it to get hurt) and they haven't ripped or anything.

Well, the rotating driver spot is now held by the XTD pro (thanks XtremeC). . Pretty sure the hybrid is falling to a Wishon 7 wood. (949 MC 21.5--Thanks JetLV) The putter? I hate to say this, but my Mills has been benched by..... A Whitlam M2H Mid Mallet (Thanks Beavs17). This thing is the sweetness. Almost as soft as my mills, but with an alignment line that long, it's hard to miss. Nice soft lines, and my oh so needed plumber's neck. Also, the Spin Milled wedges are out, and the Scratches are in....

Nice. You've been looking for something similar to a B60 too, right? Whats the approximate headweight on that? They've got a bad ass logo too. Diggin the Creamer ball.

XTD pro is firmly in the bag, as is that Wishon 949 7 wood. Today I had a 552 yard par 5, hit driver, and had 205 via laser into the green. (Downhill tee shot, uphill to the green). That, for you mathematically disinclined, is a 347 yard drive!!!!! (I missed my 15 foot eagle putt, but made a 4 foot downhill slider for birdie ). Haven't hit the Wishon out of the rough yet, but it is ridiculously easy to hit off of the fairway. Higher ballflight than my 21* hybrid and super forgiving.

Nice update, those irons look pretty sweet! How is that Wishon 4W? That looks like it was bent open quite a bit.
